Donald Trump is looking to open a hotel in Dubai.

Trump is reportedly in talks with Damac Properties to open the five-star hotel, which would be located in Akoya Oxygen. Akoya Oxygen is a green master development by the Umm Sequim Expressway, according to Arabian Business. Trump is also developing an 18-hole golf course.

Damac Managing Director Ziad El Chaar is discussing options with Trump, he told Arabian Business.

Reportedly, Trump has been looking to develop a project named after himself in the area. He canceled an earlier proposed development in Dubai — Trump Towers — due to the financial crisis.

“I’d like to build a hotel in Dubai someday,” he told the publication in May. “I think building a hotel in Dubai would be a great honor.” [Arabian Business] — Claire Moses
