Pricing details revealed for Two Trees’ 60 Water Street
Market-rate studios to start at $2,964 per month
Leasing launched today at Two Trees Management’s 60 Water Street in Dumbo today, and so particulars on the unit offerings have finally been revealed.
Studios at the 290-unit apartment building will start at $2,964, one-bedrooms at $3,498 and two-bedrooms at $6,018. Each pad will have in-unit laundry, dishwashers, microwaves and hardwood floors, and a few select spots will also have private outdoor space.
The property’s affordable units, meanwhile, will start at about $500, as previously reported.
Move-ins are slated to start Dec. 1 in the property, which includes a 17-story building, nine-story section and a 300-seat middle school along Front and Dock streets. LEESER Architects designed the glassy structure, while Ismael Leyva is the architect of record. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
