Developer renovated six-story property after paying $37M in 2012

Leasing has kicked off at Miki Naftali’s the Arthur, a high-end prewar rental property located at 245 West 25th Street in Chelsea.

The Naftali Group renovated the six-story building after purchasing it for $37 million in an off-market deal with the Haruvi family in late 2012. Sixty-eight one- and two-bedroom residences are up for grabs, with pricing for available units starting at $4,200 and maxing out at $4,950 per month.

According to the Arthur’s website, amenities include a 24-hour doorman, rooftop deck with seating and dining areas, and a fitness center.

Urban Compass’s Jason Saft will lead marketing and sales at the project. The developer recently granted the brokerage’s Litvak Team exclusive marketing rights to its Brooklyn portfolio, as reported by The Real Deal. [BuzzBuzz Home] — Kerry Barger
