Last May, the Manhattan brownstone featured in the classic film adaptation of Truman Capote’s “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” hit the market asking $10 million. But after failing to sell, the home is back on the market and $2 million cheaper.

The owners of the iconic building, located at 169 East 71st Street, paid just $6 million for the 3,800-square-foot home in 2012, according to Curbed.

The house — which served as the backdrop for exterior shots in the film — features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library and an enclosed greenhouse across an upper and lower duplex. It also still has the original olive green doors that Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard famously stood in front of in the film. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron
