With mobile advertising firm xAd inking a 43,849-square-foot lease for the tower’s 60th floor, the Port Authority and Durst Organization’s One World Trade Center is now more than 60 percent leased.

Asking rents were $69 per square foot.

The ad firm, which was founded by Dipanshu Sharma, will move in directly above new tenant High 5 Games, an online gaming company that signed a lease for 88,000 square feet across the tower’s 58th and 59th floors last week. That deal was inked on the same day two window washers were stuck in a dangling scaffold outside the skyscraper’s 69th floor.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Mayeske and Jamie Katcher represented xAd. A Cushman team lead by Tara Stacom represented Durst, according to the newspaper.

New tenants have signed on to take a total 235,000 square feet of space in the tower in the last six months, the New York Post reported.[NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
