Goldfinger-designed home sells for $29.5M in Southampton

Goldfinger homes are apparently seeing a popularity surge thanks to “The Wolf of Wall Street”

A contemporary Myron Goldfinger-designed home on Southampton’s Meadow Lane has sold for $29.5 million.

According to Curbed, Goldfinger homes have been seeing a surge in popularity ever since one was featured in a Hamptons party scene in “The Wolf of Wall Street.” This house happens to have been featured in an episode of “Louie.”

The home hit the market back in April asking price, $32 million. But after a $2.5 million pricechop and seven months the property is now in contract.

The Meadow Lane house was built in 1984 and includes 8,000 square feet of “sculptural presence in space,” as well as five bedrooms, six baths and an indoor swimming pool.[Curbed] — Christopher Cameron
