Jane Wenner, co-founder of Rolling Stone magazine and ex-wife of Jann Wenner, put her five-story Upper West Side townhouse back on the market for $17.95 million. She last listed the seven-bedroom Victorian home at 37 West 70th Street, between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West, in May 2013, as The Real Deal reported. Wolf Jakubowski of Brown Harris Stevens had the listing at the time. Wenner received two offers, but turned both down because she said she was not ready to sell.
