Town tears it up at TAO: PHOTOS

Brokerage's holiday bash fills Meatpacking hotspot

A Town Residential broker recently rhapsodized that “Andrew Heiberger is to Town what Caesar was to Rome.” That remains to be seen, but what is evident is that the firm’s first holiday party with Heiberger back at the helm did evoke images of an empire in full swing.

For the second year in a row, Town filled TAO Downtown — the swanky pan-Asian restaurant  — with hundreds of brokers, developers and other real estate professionals for its fourth annual holiday party.

Town rented out the entire 22,000-square-foot Meatpacking District establishment, and the flashy brokerage’s guests were dressed to the nines — from turquoise sequins, to long flowing dresses and sharp suits — and hit the dance floor hard (Downtown broker Danny Davis deserves a special shout-out for his dance moves) after enjoying free-flowing booze and a spectacular buffet of steak, sushi, rice and much more. For Town, the party also marks the firm’s anniversary.

Heiberger and partner Joseph Sitt were holding court at the 22,000-square-foot space while fielding hundreds of “hellos,” hugs and handshakes — as was president of sales Wendy Maitland, senior vice president of development marketing and leasing Anna Zarro and Shlomi Reuveni, the brokerage’s managing director of new development.
