Bruce Willis exits, talk show host enters
Meredith Vieira closed on the purchase of the penthouse at the famed El Dorado building on the Upper West Side. Earlier in the day, news broke that actor Bruce Willis sold his apartment in the same building.
It’s unclear what the talk show host paid for the pad. The three-bedroom unit at 300 Central Park West was last listed for $8.5 million, the New York Post reported.
The Corcoran Group’s Karen Adler had the listing.
The apartment was recently renovated and features two large terraces, a private elevator landing with a terrace door, a two-sided wood burning fireplace, and 10-foot ceilings, according to the marketing materials.
