Two new residential developments are coming to Park Slope.

Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group applied for a permit to construct a 129-unit building at 581 Fourth Avenue, according to New York YIMBY. Karl Fischer will design the project. The apartments will be divided across roughly 76,000 square feet or residential space. The plans also call for a 57-car garage as well as a 2,400-square-foot ground floor commercial space.

The Rabsky Group has been active in Brooklyn, most recently with plans to redevelop the Rheingold brewery site.
