Soap star Noelle Beck wants $17M for pad bought for $1.6M

Soap opera actress Noelle Beck, best known for roles in “As the World Turns” and “Loving,” is asking $17 million for her six-bedroom Gramercy Park townhouse – a substantial jump from the $1.6 million she and her husband paid in 1997.

The townhouse at 243 East 17th Street, between Second and Third avenues, features seven bathrooms, five fireplaces and cast-iron balconies.
