Yet another high-end Airbnb host is facing a lawsuit. This time the alleged illegal hotelier is a former nightclub promoter and hedge funder once listed as one of the “Top 10 Most Hated People in New York Nightlife.”

David Jaffee, 31, is accused of renting out part of his luxury two-bedroom to “tourists and other transient visitors,” a landlord claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit, according to the New York Post.

Jaffee supposedly listed his apartment at 301 East 47th Street for $6,550 per month “as an illegal hotel,” according to landlord Embassy House East LLC.

Jaffee claims he hasn’t been renting out his pad.
