The second and third floors will each have 28 apartments, while the fourth and fifth floors will hold 17 each. The seventh and eighth floors will have 13 apartments apiece. The permit application designates the rooftop as tenant recreation space.

A gym, a roofdeck, and a basketball court will be among the amenities offered, according to a press release from Adam America.

TerraCRG president Ofer Cohen represented the developer in the transaction.

Adam America and Slate Property Group recently launched sales at Dumbo’s 51 Jay Street, as The Real Deal reported. The developer is also building a $65 million, 75,000-square-foot mixed-use property at 120 Union Avenue
