Gymnastics studio vaults into 25K sf space at 40 Worth Street

NYC Elite will be moving from its 14,000 sf Soho location

Gymnastics studio NYC Elite inked a lease to take up 25,000 square feet in Tribeca.

The studio, which will be relocating from its current 14,000-square-foot Soho location on Sixth Avenue between Broome and Grand streets, is moving into Newmark Holdings’ 40 Worth Street, the New York Observer reported.

NYC Elite will occupy nearly 11,000 square feet on the ground floor, roughly 4,100 square feet on the mezzanine level, 2,761 square feet on the lower level and a 7,160-square-foot space in the sub-lower level, according to the website. In total, the studio will be 25,014 square feet.

Asking rents for the ground floor were $95 per square foot. On the sub-lower level, asking rents were $45 per square foot.
