Kaplan plans to move in June from its current office at 395 Hudson Street. The company is subleasing its 147,000-square-foot space there to WebMD, which was in late-stage talks for the office in December, as The Real Deal reported.

JLL’s Scott Panzer represented Kaplan in the deal. Asking rent at the space is $40 per square foot. [Crain’s]Mark Maurer
