Real estate bidding website Auction.com is claiming it broke a record in East Harlem with the $2.2 million sale of 1700 Lexington Avenue.

The property sold for $607 per square foot, which the website claimed is a record for a one- to four-family home in that area, according to the New York Observer.

The sale of the 3,552-square-foot property was finalized on February 19, according to the publication, after two days of bidding between Dec. 17 and 19. Eastern Consolidated’s Carlos Olson represented seller Eva Robledo.
