New renderings of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando’s first standalone building in New York City – a seven-story, seven-unit building at 152 Elizabeth Street in Nolita – are here.

In December, The Real Deal reported that Saif Sumaida and Amit Khurana purchased the site for $21 million in March 2014 and tapped Ando to design the building

The building will house bespoke apartments measuring from 1,900 square feet to more than 5,600 square feet. Half-floor residences will start at $5.9 million while full-floor condos will start at $15 million. The penthouse will ask more than $35 million, according Curbed. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron
