Jon Bon Jovi is rocking his way out of 158 Mercer Street, having finally sold his duplex penthouse in the building, which was last listed for $37.5 million.

The musician purchased the Soho pad in 2007 for $24 million and first listed it in 2013 for $42 million, before chopping the price several times, the New York Daily News reported.

Listing broker Leonard Steinberg of Compass declined to comment and it is unclear who the buyer is, though Heidi Klum checked it out last fall.

Bernie Madoff’s son Mark committed suicide in the same building in 2010. His apartment was recently listed for $9 million. [NYDN] — Tess Hofmann
