Corcoran Group’s Marie-Claire Gladstone has the listing.

The unit includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen, the newspaper reported. VL Architects’ Louis Lisboa designed the apartment — which has 13-foot ceilings and large windows — in 2011, after a gut renovation.

Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has also re-listed his pad in the building for $75 million. [NYP] –Claire Moses
