UPDATED, 12:00 p.m., April 14: Adam America Real Estate bought a residential development site in Downtown Brooklyn for $33 million with plans of building a 21-story condominium building.

The real estate firm bought 319 Schermerhorn Street, on the border of Downtown Brooklyn and Boerum Hill, from SC Nevins, according to Crain’s.

Adam America is looking to build the new, 87,445-square-foot tower in cooperation with the Naveh Shuster Group.
