The average price of the 30 contracts that were signed for $4 million or more was lower than in previous weeks, according the latest Olshan Realty luxury report.

The average price came down to $6.4 million, far below the $8.6 million average since the start of 2015.

A $13.5 million unit at Flank Development’s 224 Mulberry Street was last week’s priciest deal. The condo includes four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace and two outdoor terraces. The apartment spans 4,160 square feet. Other units in the eight-story boutique development have been sold for more than $3,200 per square foot.
