Brown Harris Stevens’ David Kornmeier had the listing.

Agiovlasitis renovated the 6,500-square-foot former bed-and-breakfast into a single-family home, which now includes four bedrooms. The house also includes a roof deck, an elevator, a 1,200-bottle wine cellar and a private gym.

Murdoch is also scoping out a potential move for His Offices That Are Currently Located On Sixth Avenue. Murdoch’s News Corporation and 21st Century Fox are considering jointly developing a new 88-story skyscraper at the World Trade Center site, and moving their headquarters there.

Correction: A previous version of this article listed the wrong buyer of the townhouse.
