Le Cirque, Beautique among famous eateries' outposts

The Hamptons will provide New Yorkers with a familiar taste this summer. 

Manhattan restaurant and lounge Beautique is opening up shop in Southampton’s Capri Hotel. The restaurant will be occupying the space that used to be home to BLT Steak and Nobu, according to the New York Post. Mark Geragos, a Los Angeles-based attorney bought the 29-room Capri Hotel for $4.7 million in February.

Upper East Side eatery Philippe will occupy a space that was once Donatella Arpaia’s Sienna Restaurant, according to the newspaper.

New Yorkers who are looking for a familiar taste will also be able to eat at a Le Cirque outpost that will open at 268 Elm Street in Southampton. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
