Cowork|rs inks deal for 30K sf at Harbor Group’s 55 Broadway
Shared space provider's new FiDi space to be its third NYC location
Shared office space provider Cowork|rs is set to open its third location in the city after taking 30,000 square feet at Harbor Group International’s 55 Broadway in the Financial District.
The 13-year lease will see Cowork|rs take the entire second and fourth floors of the building, as well as a portion of the third floor. Asking rents at the 31-story, roughly 300,000-square-foot property range in the $50s per square foot.
Cowork|rs, which already has locations in Midtown South and Brooklyn, is also in negotiations to open another, 40,000-square-foot location Downtown, Crain’s reports.
