The week before, a 50-year-old construction worker fell to his death at a Brighton Beach development site. At Rudin Management’s Greenwich Lane, a passerby was killed by flying plywood in March. In February, a construction worker was crushed to death at Greenland Forest City Parters’ Barclays Center. [Pix11] — Claire Moses
