Barbara Corcoran says that New York City might be in a new bubble, but she doesn’t seem too concerned. Click through to see the video.

“Let people buy these apartments, they’re spending a ton,” the Corcoran Group founder told Bloomberg News in an interview. “They’re parking their money here. It’s fueled by foreigners more than anyone else. And why not?”

Corcoran also revealed where she thinks the best value in New York City is right now.
