From the South Florida site: WeWork, a New York-based company that operates dozens of co-working spaces in three countries, will open its first venture in South Florida this summer.

And, when WeWork does open, it will have a “pool party” and beach-goer ambiance, according to Karen Germ of The Outcast Agency, a New York public relations company that represents WeWork.

Germ confirmed that WeWork will open at The 350 Lincoln Road building in Miami Beach in July. [more]
