The largest penthouse atop 5 Tudor City Place, which was featured in Woody Allen’s “Bullets Over Broadway” and “The Godfather: Part III,” has returned to the market, asking $7.2 million.
Known as Windsor Tower, the 3,000-square-foot PH1 features 18-foot ceilings, a fireplace and two-bedroom suites. But the real show-stopper is the massive 1,900-square-foot terrace “lined with stone pillars topped with griffins and gargoyles” with “a larger-than-life goat hold[ing] a shield,” according to Curbed.

The home last hit the market in 2012 for $5.9 million. But advertising executive Gordon Bowen paid $6.5 million for it, and now he’s hoping for $7.2 million. [Curbed] –Christopher Cameron
