Soho’s only freestanding home has traded hands for $6.9 million.

Bonnie and Seth Harris are the new owners of the 3,430-square-foot home at 514 Broome Street, which was listed by Nest Seekers’ Ryan Serhant, 6sqft reported. The property comes with a 280-square-foot terrace as well as 2,600 square feet of development rights.

Serhant initially marketed the two-bedroom house — which has exposed brick, wood-beamed ceilings, a brick staircase and antique chestnut hardwood floors — for $10 million.
