The Claremont Group’s office-to-condo conversion at 101 Wall Street launched sales Tuesday. Check out the Piet Boon-designed interiors after the jump.
The 52-unit building has units ranging from $1.1 million to $6 million, Curbed reported. The layouts are anywhere from 700 square feet to over 2,300 square feet.
