A vandal is lashing out at his or her neighbors in Carroll Gardens, repeatedly spray-painting lewd pictures and gay slurs across a Brooklyn brownstone housing $4 million condos.

The vandal struck the building, at 241 Carroll Street, for second time between Thursday night and Friday morning, painting “f-g’’ and “jerkoff” in white over the steps, doors and windows, according to the New York Post.

The first incident occurred on May 14 and included “numerous male genitalia” in pink paint, police said. Two of the building’s four condos are in contract for around $2 million, the Corcoran Group told the Post.

Howard Schneider, a partial owner, told the Post that he has no idea who is targeting his luxury brownstone, but he doesn’t consider it a hate crime.

“We are two weeks away from our first closing,” Schneider said. “This is the last thing I would want.” [NYP] – Christopher Cameron [NYP]Christopher Cameron
