New renderings show off the Carlyle Designs interiors of 56 Walker Street, a Six Sigma-developed boutique condo building in Tribeca.

The building contains a total of four units, each of which have either three or four bedrooms. Only one is currently listed, and is asking $6.7 million, Curbed reported. Construction is scheduled to be completed this year.

In June, Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes were tapped to handle marketing.

The design of the building is high-tech, with iPad-style sensors replacing light switches and drawer handles. [Curbed] — Tess Hofmann
