Ekaterina Rybolovleva lists Hawaii property for $29.5M

A trust connected to the Russian heiress Ekaterina Rybolovleva has listed an oceanfront Hawaii home for $29.5 million.

The roughly 28-acre home overlooking Secret Beach on Kauai’s North Shore was owned by actor Will Smith, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The 2,200-square-foot home has three bedrooms and a screened-in lanai, listing agent Roni Marley of Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers told the Journal.
