Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich closed on the last of three Upper East Side townhouses he plans to knock down to make way for a megamansion, bringing his total spent so far to $80 million.

Abramovich, who also owns English soccer club Chelsea F.C., closed on 13 East 75th Street last week for $30 million, after having purchased the neighboring 11 East 75th Street for $29.7 million and 15 East 75th Street for $18.3 million, according to the New York Daily News.
