One half of the Brooklyn-based synthpop duo Holy Ghost! picked up a three-story Williamsburg apartment building for $2.6 million, according to property records filed with the city on Monday.

Nick Millhiser, who grew up on the Upper West Side with bandmate Alex Frankel, purchased the low-rise building at 161 Manhattan Avenue along with his sister, stylist Lilli Millhiser. The 5,700-square-foot property holds two residential units and a bodega on the ground-floor.

The Building Is Located Just Across The Street from the NYCHA-owned Williamsburg Houses, a 20-building complex with 1,620 apartments.

Holy Ghost! released its first single in 2007 and its first album in 2011. The group has remixed songs for acts including Moby and MGMT.

The seller was a family that had owned the building since the 1980s.
