Eli Karp’s Hello Living listed the site of a planned 23-story residential development at 1580 Nostrand Avenue in Flatbush for $28 million, just one year after purchasing it for $13 million.

Hello Living’s plans for the site, which have already been approved by the city, called for 153 apartments and a two-story walk-in medical facility, according to the New York Daily News. The total square footage would be around 238,000.
