Media titan Rupert Murdoch, hot off the much-watched first presidential primary debate on Fox News, settled a debate of his own and decided to relist his West Village townhouse, just five months after purchase. Along with his gargantuan penthouse at One Madison Place, Murdoch now has two prime bachelor pads on the market that he bought in the last 18 months, listing for a total of $101 million.

Murdoch bought the deluxe townhouse at 278 West 11th Street in the West Village in March for $25 million. It’s listed for $29 million, meaning he could earn a million for every month he lived there, should it sell at list price, according to the New York Daily News.

The home, listed by power broker Dolly Lenz, features multiple outdoor spaces, a four-passenger elevator, and a 1,200-bottle wine cellar.
