Actress, Singer And Broadway legend Liza Minnelli sold her Imperial House co-op on the Upper East Side for $8.4 million, according to property records filed with the city Tuesday.
Minnelli sold the 21st-floor apartment at 150 East 69th Street to buyers Robert Beyer and Loren Pack, according to property records. The deal closed on Aug. 6.
Legal representatives involved in the transaction could not be reached for comment. A spokesperson for Minnelli confirmed the deal.
