It’s not the “Puck” Building.
New York Rangers center Derick Brassard scooped up a condominium unit at 1 York Street in Tribeca for $4.1 million, according to property records filed with the city Tuesday.
The 1,670-square-foot apartment features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Brassard, a French-Canadian, signed on for a $25 million, five-year extension with the Rangers last year.
The sixth-floor apartment is located in the 13-story, Enrique Norton-designed building.
Interior designer Sterling McDavid is the seller and paid $3.4 million for the pad in 2011. Halstead Property’s Laurie Silverman and Julie Leedes Bienstock had the listing.
