The genie’s out of the bottle! Christina Aguilera was seen scoping out one of the most expensive apartments in the city.
The “Beautiful” singer and “The Voice” judge toured a $105 million penthouse unit at Ben Shaoul’s 100 Barclay Street in Tribeca.
The 25,000-square-foot pad, if sold at that price, would be the most expensive condo ever bought in the city.
Shaoul’s Magnum Real Estate Group bought the top 21 floors at the building, also known as the Verizon Building, Ralph Walker Tribeca and 140 West Street, in 2014, for $274 million.
Aguilera owns a $10 million mansion in Beverly Hills, along with another apartment in Tribeca. [NYP, second item] – Ariel Stulberg
