Sales launched at the Related Cos.’s ambitious 520 West 28th Street condo development – renowned architect Zaha Hadid’s first New York City project – with prices for the building’s 39 apartments ranging from $5 million for a two-bedroom unit to $50 million for a triplex penthouse.

In addition to the 11-story Chelsea project’s futuristic façade, Hadid also handled the building’s interiors, which feature rounded floor-to-ceiling windowpanes mirroring its exterior.

Many bedrooms will have private terraces with doors that glide open at the push of a button, according to Curbed, while the building’s three penthouses boast private elevators, fireplaces and rooftop terraces complete with outdoor kitchens.
