Katie Holmes’ Chelsea penthouse back on market
The 201 West 17th Street unit is asking $25K a month
Katie has departed one of her homes.
Katie Holmes, star of “Dawson’s Creek” and “Ray Donovan,” has vacated the penthouse at Park Towers Tenants’ 201 West 17th Street in Chelsea that she rented this summer with daughter Suri Cruise.
The three-bedroom, 2,400-square foot unit, which is listing for $25,000, the same price Holmes paid, features a landscaped terrace with an outdoor shower, according to the New York Post.

Holmes also owns a home outside of Los Angeles that she bought for $4 million last year. She placed a bid on a four-bedroom, 3,100-square-foot apartment on the Upper West side last year, offering $6.75 million. [NYP] – Ariel Stulberg
