There is nothing cookie cutter about Time Equities and Hamlin Ventures’ residential conversion of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral School in Nolita. That’s because each of the boutique condominium’s seven units will be unique.
Last month, sales launched at the nearly 200-year-old former school at 34 Prince Street, with units starting at $7.74 million. The project also includes two townhouses – one of which, dubbed the Prince Street townhouse, will feature 9,830 square feet of living space and six bedrooms. It is asking around $25 million, according to the New York Times.
Each of the project units will feature a one-off design. Most of the units will have four or five bedrooms (the only three-bedroom is the cheapest at $7.74 million).
The $13.1 million penthouse weighs in at 3,673 square feet and features two floors and three terraces. Another duplex in the building is 4,778 square feet with five bedrooms, but it’s listed for $11.63 million.
Amenities at the project include a shared wine cellar, a common garden, a yoga studio and a fitness center. [NYT] –Christopher Cameron
