From the November issue: The Related Companies is approaching the half-way point of the office portion at Hudson Yards after topping off the first tower last month and signing a handful of deals at the second building.

Nearly 40 percent of the 9.9 million square feet the developer plans to build over the course of two phases through 2024 is already spoken for. In this video, The Real Deal takes a look at the progress thus far.
