Frank Lowy, chairman of Australian retail giant the Westfield Corporation, has sold his apartment at Trump International for $14.2 million.

The buyer, a trust affiliated with Philip Kirsh and Linda Mirels, the children of South African businessman Nathan Kirsh, is a serial purchaser at the building, having gobbled up several units dating back to 2010 for a total purchase price of more than $70 million.

Lowy, whose company owns 44 malls in the U.S, U.K. and Europe and is behind the new retail complex at the World Trade Center, bought the unit for $13 million in 2013, records show. It was previously owned by Darren Star, creator of the smash-hit television show “Sex and the City.”

The apartment was first listed for sale this summer asking $15.25 million, and later reduced to $14.78 million. Alexis Bodenheimer and Cathy Franklin of the Corcoran Group had the exclusive.
