    Real estate investor Lloyd Goldman, whom The Real Deal reported just this morning bought the retail portion of the Chelsea luxury tower Yves Chelsea, has made another purchase, this time for himself, Bloomberg News reported.

    Goldman, a partner to Larry Silverstein on his World Trade Center towers, bought the penthouse co-op at 941 Park Avenue between 81st and 82nd streets, for $13.8 million, according to city records.     Former NBC “Nightly News” anchor Tom Brokaw’s 10-room 941 Park Avenue apartment sold for $10 million, according to records made public yesterday. The asking price of the three-bedroom duplex was last listed for $10.75 million. The buyers were well-known author, journalist and former “60 Minutes” associate producer Abigail Pogrebin and her husband David Shapiro, a co-founder of private equity management firm KPS Capital Partners. The sale closed May 25.

    Goldman Sachs boss Lloyd Blankfein has accepted an offer on his prewar duplex at 941 Park Avenue, most recently listed at $13.5 million, according to the Post. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread has a wood-burning fireplace, library and a monthly maintenance charge of $11,327. Blankfein doesn’t live there — he’s been a 15 Central Park West resident since 2008, when he bought two units for a combined $26 million in cash.     million. The couple paid $27 million for an apartment at 15 Central
    Park West in 2007, and settled into the home last year. The Park Avenue apartment has five bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace
    and a library. It is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Royce Pinkwater.
