    Former NBC “Nightly News” anchor Tom Brokaw’s 10-room 941 Park Avenue apartment sold for $10 million, according to records made public yesterday. The asking price of the three-bedroom duplex was last listed for $10.75 million. The buyers were well-known author, journalist and former “60 Minutes” associate producer Abigail Pogrebin and her husband David Shapiro, a co-founder of private equity management firm KPS Capital Partners. The sale closed May 25.
    The apartment has its own private elevator, a library and formal dining room. It was originally listed for $12 million in June 2010 and hit the market again this January with a $10.75 million price tag. [more]

    Goldman Sachs boss Lloyd Blankfein has accepted an offer on his prewar duplex at 941 Park Avenue, most recently listed at $13.5 million, according to the Post. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread has a wood-burning fireplace, library and a monthly maintenance charge of $11,327. Blankfein doesn’t live there — he’s been a 15 Central Park West resident since 2008, when he bought two units for a combined $26 million in cash.     million. The couple paid $27 million for an apartment at 15 Central
    Park West in 2007, and settled into the home last year. The Park Avenue apartment has five bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace
    and a library. It is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Royce Pinkwater.
