The actor sold his 1,668-square-foot condominium at 420 West 25th Street for $2.1 million, city records filed today show, and its listing came with an added bonus: A promotional video of the unit that featured the “Full Metal Jacket” star himself.     You won’t see Matthew Modine’s latest film in theaters; instead, it’s on Halstead’s website. The brokerage has produced a new web video (watch it after the jump) to promote Modine’s Chelsea apartment, which is on the market for $2.29 million. The listing came online yesterday, according to

    Modine, known for his roles in “Full Metal Jacket” and more recently in “The Dark Knight Rises,” narrates a portion of the video — telling viewers about the features of his apartment at Loft 25 at 420 West 25th Street.
