    Sales have launched at the new Karl Fischer-designed condominium at 226 15th Street in South Park Slope, the former site of the Globe Theater. The building, which has a 15-year tax abatement, contains 22 one- and two-bedroom units, which hit the market for between $475,000 and $700,000 this week. For the first 10 buyers, the developers are offering up storage rooms. Terry Naini of Prudential Douglas Elliman is marketing the property. TRD [more]
