Developer K. Hovnanian has partnered with Victory Hall, Jersey City’s community arts center, to exhibit art from the center at the 48-story, 420-unit project. Construction on W Developers’ 14-story, 150-unit luxury condominium is underway, with completion slated for fall 2008. Amenities include a recreation room, fitness center, children’s playroom, landscaped outdoor plaza, putting green, children’s outdoor play area and onsite parking garage.
