Sales launched for the building’s 104 condominiums and 40 penthouse apartments. In the first two weeks of sales, offers were accepted on 44 condos. Developed by the Stahl Organization and designed by SLCE, the 53-story building also contains 234 rental apartments. Building amenities include a children’s playroom, media/screening room, fitness center, 24/7-attended parking garage and a lounge on the 46th floor. Sales launched at the 64-story tower developed by Time Equities and designed by Helmut Jahn. The building features 191 units, ranging from one-bedrooms to half-floor penthouses. It features four floors of amenities, including an entertainment floor, a landscaped roof lounge, a fitness floor and the Water Club, which boasts a 60-foot lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. The Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York tower is now over 60 percent sold. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the 50-story tower is a joint venture between Starwood Capital Group and Tribeca Associates. The 60 residences, which have interiors designed by Tony Ingrao, range in size from one bedrooms at 934 square feet to the five bedroom, 5 ½ bathroom duplex penthouse at 7,381 square feet. Remaining units range in price from $5.15 million to $60 million. Building amenities include a fitness center, housekeeping services and access to the hotel’s full-service spa and 55-foot pool.
